Terms of Service
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Your Neighborhood Print Shop ("we", "us") for using YNPS Social. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
YNPS Social helps you prepare captions and publish posts to social media accounts you own or manage. Nothing is posted unless you approve it. Features depend on each platform's rules and can change when a platform changes its API.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you sign up.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Only connect social accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and post. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for your content and for following each platform's terms, and you confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, including music, images and people shown.
Captions are written with AI. Review every caption before you approve it; you are responsible for what you publish.
Acceptable use
Don't use YNPS Social for spam, anything illegal, misleading or harmful content, or to get around a platform's limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscription and billing
- The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Stripe processes payments.
- Cancel anytime from the Billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't give partial refunds unless the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, and posting can fail if a platform is down or rejects a post. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice when we can.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
