Privacy Policy

YNPS Social is a service of Your Neighborhood Print Shop ("we", "us"). It helps businesses write captions and publish posts to their own social media accounts. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your business name, email address and a hashed password.
• Brand settings: the description, voice, hashtags, links and logo you enter.
• Content you upload: photos, videos and captions for your posts.
• Connected accounts: when you connect a social account (for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest or TikTok), we receive an access token from that platform and basic profile details such as the account name and ID. Tokens are encrypted when stored.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a customer ID, never your full card number.
• Usage and logs: counts such as posts sent and captions written, and standard server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To write captions for your posts and publish them to the accounts you connect, only when you approve them.
• To run, secure and support the service, and to bill your subscription.
• To email you about your account (for example confirming your email or resetting your password).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your content or connected-account data for advertising.

Data from connected platforms

We use data from connected platforms only to provide the features you use: showing which account is connected and publishing the posts you approve. We do not read your private messages, and we do not share platform data with anyone except as needed to publish your posts.

YNPS Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube uploads use the YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove our access anytime at Google security settings.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service: Render (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (storing and delivering your photos and videos), Anthropic (writing captions from your content and brand settings) and Postmark (account emails). They process data only on our behalf.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can disconnect any social account, or delete your whole account, from your Account page at any time. Deleting your account removes your posts, brand settings and stored tokens. See Data deletion for details. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest.

Children

YNPS Social is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
