Deleting your data

Delete everything

1. Sign in to YNPS Social.
2. Open Account, enter your password under Delete account, and confirm.

This cancels your subscription and immediately deletes your posts, uploaded media, brand settings and every connected account's stored token. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Remove one connected account

Disconnect it on the Posts page. You can also remove YNPS Social's access from the platform itself, for example in Facebook's Settings, Apps and websites, Instagram's Website permissions, Threads' Website permissions, Google's Third-party connections, or LinkedIn's Permitted services. When a platform tells us you removed access, we delete that account's token.

Can't sign in?

Email sales@ynprintshop.com from the address on your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
